Finishing an IT degree in Australia is a major milestone for international students. But after graduation, many graduates face the same question: how do you turn your qualification into real employment in the Australian tech industry?
While technical skills are essential, employers also look for candidates who understand workplace communication, professional expectations, and the Australian business environment.
The ACS IT Professional Year Program at ECA helps bridge this gap by combining professional training with real industry internship experience. The program is designed to help graduates gain confidence, develop workplace skills, and take the next step toward employment.
